The TICP050 IsoVu™ Isolated Current Probe provides accurate, low-noise current measurements for power electronics and high-voltage applications. Complete galvanic isolation between the probe tip and oscilloscope eliminates ground loops and delivers exceptional common-mode rejection, enabling reliable measurements on floating circuits and shunt-based current sensing systems.
With 500MHz bandwidth, low noise performance and support for a wide current measurement range when used with appropriate shunts, the TICP050 is ideally suited to power converter development, double pulse testing, switching power supply analysis, and SiC and GaN device characterisation. The probe is compatible with 4 Series MSO, 5 Series MSO and 6 Series MSO oscilloscopes through the TekVPI™ interface.
500MHz bandwidth for high-speed current measurements
Complete galvanic isolation between probe tip and oscilloscope
Up to 90dB common-mode rejection (CMRR) at 1MHz
Ultra-low noise performance of less than 4.7nV/√Hz
Supports a wide current measurement range when used with compatible shunts and probe tips
Maximum common-mode voltage of 1800V for floating measurements
Compatible with Tektronix 4, 5 and 6 Series MSO oscilloscopes
Ideal for SiC and GaN power devices, double pulse testing, power converters and switching power supplies
Note: The 100X Sensor Tip Cable with MMCX Connector (
85-8119) is available to purchase separately and is not included with the TICP IsoVu™ Isolated Current Probe.
