The R-TECH ABS Instrument/Modem Cases, moulded from Grey plastic come in a range of sizes. High quality and economically priced, they are designed to be suitable for various projects.

The cases feature removable ABS or Aluminium end panels and secure together using the screws provided.
Ventilation slots are also provided in one of the larger instrument cases in the range.
The internal design of the cases includes moulded PCB stand-offs and vertical card slot guides, allowing for horizontal or vertical PCB mounting. Threaded brass inserts, provided in the base of the instrument cases, allow repeated assembly and disassembly.

The enclosures provide ingress protection to IEC 60529, IP40 with a flammability rating of UL94-HB or UL94-V0, dependent on the case type.

Ideal for housing Test Equipment, Instrumentation, single PCB equipment, modems or similar applications.
