The R-TECH ABS Instrument Case, moulded from Light Grey plastic is a high quality, economically priced enclosure, designed to be suitable for various projects.
The case features removable aluminium end panels and is secured together using the four screws provided. The internal design includes moulded PCB stand-offs and vertical card slot guides inside the side panels, allowing for horizontal or vertical PCB mounting. Threaded brass inserts, provided in the base allow repeated assembly and disassembly.
The enclosure provides ingress protection to IEC 60529, IP40 with a flammability rating of UL94-HB.
Ideally suited to housing test equipment, instrumentation, or similar applications.
