The Murr Elektronik 85441 is an Emparro DIN Rail Switch Mode Power Supply Unit for a Regulated Power Supply. The Emparro is a highly innovative power supply unit with maximum efficiency and minimum power loss. The combination of the Power Boost function with a power limiter output allows large loads to be started easily.
The Emparro's output voltage is controlled with a constant current. It is limited to 100% of the nominal current (or to 150% in Power boost mode). This power limiter function protects the power supply unit reliably from damage caused by overloads and is an important aid when starting up.
The 85441 has an output voltage of 24V, making it ideal for many different applications. The metal housing ensures optimum EMC characteristics. The unit works reliably because of a wide optimal temperature range from -25°C to +60°C and continuous high-performance without derating.
