The MagicFlip universal bit holder from Wiha has a strong Neodym magnet which ensures the holder keeps a tight grip on the screw until it can be located - even in otherwise hard-to-reach places.

Magnet can be activated and deactivated to hold or release screw as required, and the magnet sleeve automatically springs back in the last fastening phase, allowing a view of the screw head and enabling precise recessing
