Testo 0563 2051 205 pH Measurement Equipment for Food 0-14 pH

The Testo 0563 2051 is a 205 T-Handle pH Meter used for temperature and pH values. This rugged food penetration meter is fitted with automatic temperature compensation.

The penetration measurement tip is exchangeable and insensitive to dirt thanks to the special diaphragm. The instrument is well suited to pH measurements in semi-solid food such as meat. The storage cap can be filled with electrolyte gel and is used for storing the probe between measurements.
