Flowtin TC is a lead-free alloy developed to replace eutectic or close to eutectic tin-lead alloys. Flowtin TC is based on a tin-copper alloy. Switching to lead-free with Flowtin TC requires no adjustment to temperature profiles. For hand soldering this means a longer lifetime for solder tips. The properties of the resulting solder joints are in every respect comparable to or better than those of solder joints produced with Sn/Pb solder.
