The Irwin split-proof pro bevel edge chisel is a carbon rich blade manufactured in a solid one-piece forging which is then hardened and tempered up to the last inch for a long working life.

The guaranteed split-proof handle helps absorb harmful vibrations. It features a highly durable friction grip and sturdy neck and bolster which is honed and sharpened. The metal striking cap allows use with a hammer, prolongs the life of the handle and prevents mushrooming.
