The DOBOT MG400 is a lightweight compact desktop robotic arm suitable for diverse manufacturing needs. Designed to be flexible, safe and user-friendly. MG400 can easily be integrated into any automated workbench, laboratory or production line. Perfect for applications in tight workspaces that require fast deployment and changeover.

The MG400 weighs only 8kg but has a payload up to 500g. With a small footprint dimension of 190mm x 190mm and a reach radius of 440mm, MG400 is ideal for repeating lightweight tasks and automated workbench applications. MG400 optimises desktop human-collaborative work, for reduced costs and increased efficiency and quality.
Designed for easy robotics development. The MG400 emulates human actions using a hand-guided teaching pendant, allowing fast set-up of tasks. MG400 has an advanced collision detection algorithm with a collision force threshold less than 12N. The robot stops immediately when it touches an obstacle. MG400 features an intuitive programming interface and a guided-interactive design. It is programmable through teach and playback, block program and LUA scripting, suitable for both beginners and experienced programmers.

Various end-tool accessories are available separately, including Mini Vacuum Pump Box, Vacuum Suction Cup Kit, Electric Gripper (Servo), Mini Electromagnetic Gripper, Soft Gripper Kit 1, Linear Rail.
