Vishay LH1540AT SPST-NO Solid State Relay 1.45V 120mA

This SPST-NO solid state relay uses an LED-based optoisolator for signal actuation, giving a high voltage dielectrically isolated component that can switch up to 350V AC or DC. The relay employs current limiting circuitry that meets lightning surge testing to ANSI/TIA-968-B and other regulatory voltage surge requirements. Suitable applications include telecomms, instrumentation, high-voltage test equipment, TRIAC-driver, motor-control circuits, industrial control systems, etc.
