Perfect for my projects but with issues

The old Rapid 10/0.1mm wire was great. Never had any problems with it. Unfortunately, this replacement has one problem. The insulation covering the wire quite easily pulls off under minimal stress, such as when sliding 1.6mm heat shrink over soldered connections for the resistor so I end up having 5-10mm of exposed wire and then I have to desolder, replace the wire and try again. It's very frustrating and no other wire does this so easily.
