The TICP025 IsoVu™ Isolated Current Probe delivers accurate, low-noise current measurements for power electronics and high-voltage applications. Featuring complete galvanic isolation between the probe tip and oscilloscope, it eliminates ground loops and provides exceptional common-mode rejection, enabling reliable measurements on floating circuits and shunt-based current sensing systems.

Designed for engineers, researchers and advanced electronics laboratories, the TICP025 supports a wide current measurement range when used with suitable shunts and probe tips. It is ideal for power converter development, double-pulse testing, switching power supply analysis, and SiC and GaN device characterisation. Compatible with 4 Series MSO, 5 Series MSO and 6 Series MSO oscilloscopes.
