The Tektronix SUP3 BW1T22 is an official software upgrade.

This will upgrade a 100MHz MDO32 to a 200MHz MDO32.


  • Bandwidth upgrades up to 500 MHz can be performed in the field by installing a software option license using the oscilloscope user interface

MDO32 oscilloscope not included.

Note: Upgrades to 1 GHz bandwidth require installation at a Tektronix service centre.
