Does what it says on the roll...
This double sided sticky tape from Sellotape is great. It bonds quickly to the surface you are sticking it to, which makes it easy to peel the backing off, sticks wel even to fibrous papers which makes it ideal for all your paper craft projects, and - unlike many cheaper brands - isn't sticky round the edge of the roll, meaning you don't pick up fluff / glitter / grit which can show through when using the double sided sticky tape for fixing finer grade papers. I use this for matting and layering, as well as fixing focal points to my cards. This is an essential piece of kit for any crafter.
