Bench mounting multifunction mini drill, mill and lathe with variable speed giving flexibility to handle most materials. Features two 150W motors, one to operate the drill/mill and the other to power the lathe. The lathe cutting feed can be power driven or advanced manually. Thread cutting may also be undertaken with the optional thread cutting kit. Supplied with Metric graduated scales and all necessary tools required for setting and adjusting. Q. Hi. What is the distance between centres and the maximum turning diameter ?

A. Hi Barrie, thanks for your question. The distance between centres is 250mm. The unit should be capable of a work piece of 280mm (depending on the work piece and how the chuck will hold this.) The figure that is listed as the “swing over bed” is in short, the distance from the centre of the chuck to the bed. As this is only one way you can double to get the make work piece diameter. We hope this helps.
