Q. Hi. What is the distance between centres and the maximum turning diameter ?
A. Hi Barrie, thanks for your question. The distance between centres is 250mm. The unit should be capable of a work piece of 280mm (depending on the work piece and how the chuck will hold this.) The figure that is listed as the “swing over bed” is in short, the distance from the centre of the chuck to the bed. As this is only one way you can double to get the make work piece diameter. We hope this helps.
