R-TECH 857007 SAC305 Solder 3% M1 Flux 0.5-2% Halide 1.0mm 500g Reel

R-TECH 857007 SAC305 Solder 3% M1 Flux is a high purity, lead-free, no clean solder wire. It has a fast flow (3%) flux core.
The silver content in SAC305 solder results in a superior alloy, with improved solder flow and reliable joint with a shiny solder finish. The Halide content in the SAC305 solder results in improved soldering performance, with increased soldering speed. SAC305 solder has a hard resistance and is not susceptible to breaking.

Suitable for both hand and automated soldering applications for IPC-6011 Class 1 electronic products.
