R-TECH 856997 SAC305 Solder 2% Rosin-Free HF is a high purity, Rosin-free, Halide-free, no clean solder wire. It has a low melting point with a fast flow (2%) Rosin-free and Halide-free flux core.
The silver content in SAC305 solder results in a superior alloy, with improved solder flow and reliable joint finish. SAC305 solder has a hard resistance and is not susceptible to breaking.

It provides a high quality solder that is both user and environmentally friendly.

Suitable for both hand and automated, high integrity soldering applications for both IPC-6011 Class 2 and Class 3 electronic products.
