Kingbright KPA3010F3C IR SMD LED 90°

A right angled viewing, surface mounting 3.0 x 1.0mm Infrared LED that is just 2mm thick. The device is made with F3 Gallium Arsenide dice and is mechanically and spectrally matched for use with phototransistors.
