A full colour LED consisting of red, green and blue LED dice in a surface mounting 5 x 5mm package. Each colour can be independently controlled so that any colour can be easily produced. Suitable applications for this LED include traffic signals, back lighting, display boards, automotive lighting, indicator panels.
