A. Hi James. Thank you for your question. The minimum voltage input is 10 volts.

Great!

I needed it to run a 10V 7-segment display and three 5V PICAXE 28X2 off of one power supply and there have been no problems with it. The output is a constant 4.98V which the ICs could still run off of. Delivery was very quick (within 2 days) and had no problems with the service!
