This digital, intelligent and capacitive MEMS acceleration sensor is powerful and an absolute multi-talent in terms of output flexibility, power supply and interface voltage. The MMA8452Q offers selectable measuring ranges up to 8g with high-pass filtered data and unfiltered data in real time. The device can be configured to generate inertial wake-up alarms from any combination of configurable embedded functions that allow the MMA8452Q to monitor events and remain in an energy-saving mode during inactivity periods.
