Q. looking to use such a tool to expand bs113 O rings od approx 13.95mm to go over their plugs. Is this the tool for the job or is there a different unit for this size of ring?

A. Hi Stephen, thank you for your question. The D kit version has the biggest expansion between 1.2mm and 11.5mm as stated in the data sheet.

Q. Whats the difference between this and 03-0022

A. Hi Ken. Thank you for your question. 28-3295 is for sleeves between 5 and 10mm and the 03-0022 is for sleeves between 1.2mm and 11.5mm.
