Q. Its describe as tape but is this tube like fitting ie does it slide over say a 3 inch tube or wrap around it like say parcel tape

A. Hi Edith, thank you for your question. As this is a 2:1 ratio 80 to 40mm it is a tube type heat sink not a wrap around version.
