An axial bodied Schottky rectifier diode that has a VRRM of 60V and an IF(AV) of 1A. The diode features a metal-semiconductor junction instead of the standard P-N junction, giving switching times of less than 0.1ns. This Schottky diode is suitable for applications such as: voltage clamping, reverse current and discharge protection, rectification in SMPS and all fast digital circuits and microwave systems.
