These diodes feature a metal-semiconductor junction instead of the standard P-N junction, giving switching times of less than 0.1ns. These Schottky diodes are suitable for applications such as: voltage clamping, reverse current and discharge protection, rectification in SMPS and all fast digital circuits and microwave systems.
