Aim-TTi TGR2053 3GHz RF Signal Generator

The Aim-TTi TGR2053 RF Signal Generator is a compact, high performance source designed for demanding engineering environments where accuracy, stability and signal purity are essential. Covering a frequency range from 150kHz to 3GHz, it delivers high signal purity with phase noise better than –117dBc/Hz at 1GHz and 10kHz offset, ensuring reliable performance in precision RF development and test scenarios. Its amplitude range of –127dBm to +13dBm with 0.1dB resolution provides fine control for sensitive measurements and characterisation work.

Benefit from a rich suite of analogue and digital modulation options, including AM, FM, PM, plus digital schemes such as ASK, FSK, GFSK, MSK, GMSK and PSK when equipped with the optional U01 module. The internal DDS baseband generator offers multiple waveforms (sine, square, ramp and triangle) supporting modulation frequencies from 1mHz to 1MHz, making the instrument suitable for comprehensive signal simulation tasks. The unit also provides fast amplitude and frequency sweeps with robust triggering functionality, enabling efficient characterisation of filters, amplifiers and RF subsystems.
