The Aim-TTi TGR2051 RF Signal Generator is a high performance, compact instrument designed for engineers who require precise and stable RF sources up to 1.5GHz. It offers high signal purity, with typical phase noise figures of –117dBc/Hz at 1GHz and 10kHz offset, ensuring reliable results in sensitive development, test and diagnostic environments. The generator provides an amplitude range from –127dBm to +13dBm with 0.1dB resolution, providing fine control for accurate characterisation of RF subsystems and components.

A wide range of analogue modulation modes, including AM, FM and PM, are supported as standard, while optional digital modulation formats such as ASK, OOK, FSK, GFSK, MSK, GMSK and PSK are available via the U01 option. The internal waveform generator provides sine, square, ramp, triangle and PRBS patterns, making the TGR2051 suitable for a broad variety of simulation and test scenarios. Fast amplitude and frequency sweeps with comprehensive triggering capabilities, enable efficient filter, amplifier and system level evaluation.

With its intuitive colour touch screen interface, SCPI compatible remote control and connectivity via USB and LAN (LXI), the TGR2051 integrates seamlessly into modern automated test environments.
