The Aim-TTi TGF4162 Dual Channel Arbitrary Function Generator is a high performance function generator designed for precise, flexible and wide bandwidth signal generation. With a frequency range up to 160MHz, it provides two identical output channels that can operate independently, in coupled mode or in tracking mode, enabling highly accurate multi channel waveform generation with phase resolution as fine as 0.001°. It supports a broad suite of built in waveforms, including sine, square, triangle and ramp, as well as arbitrary waveforms created with 16 bit resolution and sampling rates up to 800MS/s, ensuring exceptional fidelity and adaptability for complex signal testing.

Benefit from extensive modulation capabilities; AM, FM, PM, FSK, BPSK and PWM, alongside burst, sweep and gated modes for advanced excitation profiles. The TGF4162 also incorporates a high resolution pulse generator with 100ps pulse width resolution and a wideband noise generator, making it suitable for stress testing, component evaluation and communication system development.
