Aim-TTi TG1006 10MHz DDS Function Generator

The TG1006 is a 10MHz generator that uses DDS frequency generation to give greater accuracy and stability, and to cover a wider frequency range. As well as being a high performance function generator, the unit also features a wide range sweep mode and an autoranging 120MHz frequency counter. The generator outputs sine, square and triangle waveforms and there are AM, FSK and frequency list modulation modes.
