The 1908P is a bench or rack mounting digital multimeter that is designed for serious use by professionals, and is at home in the laboratory, workshop or classroom, as well as in the field. The DMM has functions and features that have been chosen to provide real value and it will carry out a range of measurements, including AC and DC voltage, DC current and True rms AC current, resistance, frequency, capacitance, temperature, continuity and diode test.

The unit has dual displays that can be used for either displaying the same measurement in different units or to measure two parameters simultaneously. System interface is by either USB, RS232 or LAN interfaces, and the multimeter can operate from mains power or internal rechargeable NiMH batteries.
