Funnel didn't fit iron - but replacement perfect!

I bought this stand to fit my Weller 100 soldering iron. However, when it arrived, the black funnel was too narrow to fit my soldering iron. I contacted Rapid and was emailed back by Samantha, who took the time to find out what the issue was and then issue a replacement with no extra charge to me. OK, it took a little time to get the second one... but it's nice to know that if there's any problems with equipment, that this will be dealt with, with a minimum amount of fuss.
