3M dual lock SJ3540 is a self-adhesive, flexible pressure lock in roll form. The patented system consists of black polyolefin strips with short stem hemispherical heads. Pressing together creates a fixed but reclosable connection. Unlike conventional fixing systems such as screws or rivets, no holes are required that affect the visual appearance of the surface. The synthetic rubber adhesive is characterised by high instant adhesion and is suitable for low-energy surfaces such as PP, PE and powder-coated materials.
