Dream, design, deliverer – with the 3M™ VHB™ LSE-110WF tape. A 0.6 mm thick, adjustable double-sided high performance adhesive tape made of modified acrylic adhesive. It can replace rivets, welds and screws and other mechanical joining methods. The LSE series of the 3M™ VHB™ adhesive tapes is suitable for low surface energy (LSE) adhesives and provides lasting results even where other adhesive solutions require a special surface treatment. Without bonding agents it offers high adhesion performance for materials such as PP, TPO, TPE and composite materials that are difficult to bond. As the process step of the primer is eliminated, the LSE series increases productivity and reduces the use of hazardous chemicals in your production facilities. Excellent durability and wide temperature resistance ensure excellent strength and reliability in indoor and outdoor applications. The adhesive tape enables a fast, simple and permanent attachment with high strength. With its visco elasticity, it offers flexibility in design. Due to its properties during thermal expansion, it is suitable for bonding different materials.
