Sign InQ. Hi I got one of these the other day as I wanted a 15v AC output. However, I seem to be getting 19v across the secondary terminals when I put a volt meter across the terminals. Am I doing something wrong?
A. Hi Alfredo, thank you for your question. The secondary voltage from a transformer is not regulated as such as will quite commonly show a higher voltage unloaded, if you load the secondary to near 3-6VA the output would then be nearer to the specified 15V.
