The Tru Components Category 7 network cables enable data transfer speeds of up to 10000 Mbps - 10x faster than Category 6 and 100x faster than Category 5 cables. Means no more sluggishness during high data volume transfers such as HD streaming and some server applications. Which makes this highly flexible patch cable a viable Wi-Fi alternative. The advantages are obvious: No radiation exposure, maximum security, but above all no speed loss - whatever is fed on one side, comes out on the other side.
Noise Supression Shielding (S/FTP)
The CAT7 network cables from Tru Components come with multi-layer shielding. Each pair of cores is shielded by metal film. The cable as a whole comes with a wire mesh jacket. This type of shielding prevents e.g. cross-talk from cables running parallel to each other, thus ensuring data transfer without interference caused by external sources.
Data transfer by means of CCA (aluminum)
CCA marks bi-metallic one- and multi-wired lines/cables with copper-plated aluminium core for high-frequency usage areas. The skin effect, also known as current displacement, is a physical phenomenon caused by high-frequency alternating currents. The current density in the inside of the conductor becomes lower with increasing frequency than that at the outer surface. The inner cross-section area of a conductor through which high-frequency alternating current is flowing practically does not do any transmission function.
The
network cable - CCA is thus a really economical and
weight-reduced alternative to the conventional full-copper line and this at equivalent power and transmission characteristcs.
