This ST HCF4013B Dual D-Type Flip Flop IC is available in a DIL-14 package. A part of the CMOS 4000 range. Consists of two identical independent data type flip-flops, each flip-flop has independent data, set, reset and clock inputs and Q and Q outputs. This device can be used for shift register applications.
