The Tektronix P6316 is a 16-channel digital probe designed for use with compatible Tektronix MSO2000 Series mixed signal oscilloscopes.
It enables simultaneous analysis of digital and analogue signals, helping engineers, technicians, researchers and students diagnose faults, verify designs and troubleshoot embedded systems more efficiently.
The probe provides 16 digital channels via two 8-channel headers, each incorporating dedicated ground connections to simplify signal acquisition and improve measurement reliability. Flexible lead sets allow connections to test points located across different areas of a PCB, while colour-coded leads make channel identification quick and straightforward.
With an input impedance of 101kΩ and low input capacitance of just 8pF, the P6316 minimises loading on the device under test, helping to maintain signal integrity during measurement.
