This Tektronix 2-ULTIMATE upgrade, combines the 2-SOURCE and 2-SERIAL upgrades which adds the Arbitrary Function Generator (AFG) and I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, CAN-FD, SENT, LIN serial trigger and analysis functions to your device.
