The StarTech.com DISPL15MA Active DisplayPort Cable features a built-in active signal booster for a connection distance of 15m between your DisplayPort enabled devices with no signal loss. This is more than double the standard 4.8m distance limit for a DisplayPort connection and doesn't require external power. The cable has a thinner 32AWG construction that allows for a more flexible, lightweight installation. It also prevents accidental disconnections due to its latched connectors.
The 15m cable offers a bandwidth of 10.8Gbps with support for maximum resolutions up to WQXGA (2560×1600) with audio support. The cable is both HDCP and DPCP capable, which ensures that digitally protected content is displayed properly.
