Flowtin TS is a lead-free alloy developed to replace eutectic or close to eutectic tin-lead-silver alloys. Flowtin TS is based on a tin/silver/copper alloy with micro-alloy additives. Switching to lead-free with Flowtin TS requires no adjustment to temperature profiles. For hand soldering this means a longer lifetime for solder tips. The properties of the resulting solder joints are in every respect comparable to or better than those of solder joints produced with Sn/Pb solder.
