A full bridge driver from ST for motor applications combining isolated DMOS power transistors, CMOS and bipolar circuitry.

By using mixed technology it has been possible to optimise the logic circuitry and the power stage to achieve the best possible performance, thermal shutdown, internal logic supply and high efficiency.
