A. Hi Leslie. Thank you for your question. You can use this for this type of application - it may nor revive the phone but may help. You may want to consider using 87-0775 - a moisture repellent.

I have a can of Servisol 10 in my cupboard which I think is nearly thirty years old. My brother bought a second hand bargain CD radio player for his car, but the thing proved to be duff on installation; the digital volume control would not rise above level four; nearly inaudible. Out came my can of Servisol... One good squirt; he waited a few seconds or so then operated the volume control. Instant success; the volume range now operates right up to the max of 100. Cured, and his device is once again a bargain, instead of being bin-bound...
