Rohde & Schwarz LCX200COM LCR Meter Package LCX200 Complete Package

Rohde & Schwarz LCX200COM is a complete package based on the R&S®LCX200 advanced LCR meter, supplied with the R&S®LCX-K106 advanced analysis, R&S®LCX-K107 digital I/O and binning, R&S®LCX-K108 extended bias, and R&S®LCX-K210 10 MHz frequency upgrade options.

The R&S®LCX200 advanced LCR meter is versatile, extremely accurate and performs measurements quickly. With the frequency upgrade included, the LCX200 measures under DC conditions and at test signal frequencies from 4Hz to 10MHz, with a basic accuracy of ±0.05 % for impedance and ±0.03° for phase. Measurement functions include Cp, Cs, Lp, Ls, D, Q, G, Rp, Rs, Rdc, R, X, Z, Y, θ, B, M and N, with selectable measurement times of ≤ 15ms, ≤ 100ms and ≤ 500ms. Test signals range from 10mV to 10V RMS with a test signal current of up to 100mA (at frequencies up to 1MHz), and the output impedance is selectable between 10Ω and 100Ω. An internal DC bias voltage of up to 10V is provided as standard; the K108 option adds an internal DC bias current of up to 200mA and allows an external DC bias voltage of up to 10V to be applied via a rear-panel connection. The K106 option provides a sweep tool for dynamic impedance measurements across test frequency, signal level and DC bias, while the K107 option adds digital I/O ports and a binning function for component sorting. A data logging function records measured values at up to 10 readings per second to a USB flash drive or an external PC, and the instrument features a high-resolution touchscreen, USB and LAN interfaces, and an optional GPIB interface.
