A. Hi Shelley, thank you for your question. To be 100% sure you would check the battery and ensure the charger is working first and the car is functioning, the battery is the most likely culprit.
Q. what is the best for Frist time using the battery? to fully charge it and fully used and a again charge it? or first using the battery fully and just later charge it full?? thanks
A. Hi Salomon, thank you for your question. These do come with a partial charge so either way would be acceptable. It may not last as long on the first use, but it would also not take long to charge for the first charge.
Q. Hi, We use the battery in a mobile weighing trolley. Is it best to fully charge it once and then run the battery down, say charging it once a week, or continually keeping it topped up, by charging it overnight, every night? Many thanks
A. Hi Flynn, thank you for your question. To get the full cycle from a battery it is worth running it down. The best option would be a cycle every few days to a week, dependent on how much the battery is used.
Q. Is this battery rechargeable? If it is, what is the recommended charger for it?
A. Hi John, thank you for your question. This is a rechargeable SLA battery at 6V normally used in torches which are supplied with a charger, otherwise 18-0743 would be suitable.
