This LAPP Unitronic Spiral cable has an outer PUR sheath and overall shielding for exact impulse transmission. The overall screening prevents high frequency interference and guarantees accurate signal transmission. This spiral cable from UNITRONIC LiYD11Y is used wherever shielded cables with the smallest dimensions are required, e.g., in measurement and automatic control systems. The ratio of expansion is 4:1, i.e. a spiral cable with a closed length of 500 mm can be pulled out to four times its length, to 2000mm. The drawn ends are each straight cut and 200mm (end 1) or 600 mm (end 2) long respectively. UV resistant.
The cable has been manufactured from bare copper wires with a PVC-based core insulation. A screening of wrapped braided copper wire is used with an outer sheath of PUR compound.
