LAPP 54110839 SKINTOP Brush Add-on M12

The LAPP 54110839 is a SKINTOP Brush Add-On M12 Innovative locknut with 360 degree shielding.

With this locknut, you can now use a perfectly normal plastic cable gland for cable entries in the control cabinet. This is made possible by a unique patent pending solution: Instead of a solid brass cable gland you only need a brass locknut with active shielding contact.

The highly flexible brass wires for the shielding are integrated into this much smaller locknut. This means that in future, even for applications needing reliable EMC shielding, you can use the kinds of plastic cable glands which can also be used in other applications.
