This LAPP Multi Standard Wiring Cable has been designed for use for control cabinet wiring, switchboard and distribution panels. The oil resistant cable has been manufactured from fine wire tinned copper strands, with a core insulation based on PVC.

Application range includes HAR: Wiring cable for internal wiring acc. to HD 516 resp. VDE 0298-300; (UL) MTW: Acc. to ANSI/NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code); UL (AWM): Oil resistant wiring cable for internal wiring and CSA (TEW).

Q. Hi, what is the conductor construction, It just says fine tinned copper wire in the product description, how many strands make up the core?

A. Hi Peter. Thank you for your question. There is a single core of 14AWG, this is not a stranded cable.
