igus TPE Control Cable, Chainflex® CF10 Series

A range of igus TPE Control Cable from the Chainflex® CF10 Series. This Chainflex cable has been designed for use in cable carrier systems on automated, mobile machinery. The cable has been manufactured with bare copper conductors with superior flexibility and is fully resistant to oil, frost and exceptionally low or high temperatures. It is also halogen-free for a safer working environment.

The CF10 is well-suited for applications including machine tools, construction equipment, test instruments and packaging equipment. The insulation and jacket are made from flexible, anti-abrasive thermoplastic polyester containing fire retardants for increased resistance. The non-porous outer jacket effectively repels oil and cutting fluids.

Chainflex cables are tested over millions of cycles in all types of conditions to ensure optimal performance and can handle a tight bending radius in dynamic applications.
