Hammond Manufacturing 1457 Series Extruded Aluminium Enclosures - IP65

A range of heavy-duty, watertight, extruded aluminium enclosures from Hammond Manufacturing's 1457 series.

The enclosures are designed to house standard Eurocards, which mount horizontally by sliding into internal slots extruded into the enclosure body.

• Extrusion colour: natural or black
• End panel colour: black
• End panel style: plain or flanged
• Rugged body constructed from one piece, extruded aluminium with a minimum thickness of 1.5 mm
• Extruded aluminium body includes a recessed area for labels or membrane keypad
• End panels are rugged - yet easy to machine - die-cast aluminium with full perimeter self-adhesive gaskets
• Designed to meet IP65
• Enclosure includes:
• Two die-cast aluminium end panels - painted in a durable, black satin powder paint
• Extruded, aluminium body
• Two closed cell polyethylene foam end-plate gaskets & rubber 'O' rings for assembly screws
• All hardware and self-adhesive feet
• Replacement assembly screws can be purchased in packs of 100, part number 1457MS100
• Note: Recommended screw torque is 5 lbf/in
