Q. hi our door bell is wired into the electric and has just started ringing non stop, we have had to disconnect it - can this be used to replace the main box -ie can it be wired to the electric (no idea about a transformer as was in house when we moved in) thanks

A. Hi Julia, thank you for your question. This chime requires either batteries or a mains transformer. 23-5762 is the part for the transformer.

Q. Description says: Warbling +2 notes (back door option) Does this mean it plays both or is there the option to play either warbling or 2 notes? I just want a loud 2 note for front door.

A. Hi Andy. Thank you for your question. The sound is changed dependent on which input is used for the bell so either A or B dependent on which sound is required.
